Colorful gluten-free waffles

These waffles are easy to make with rice flour, millet sugar, vegetable powder, eggs and milk.


Pictured are waffles with carrots, spinach, pumpkin, and beets. 
They are easy to make even when you are busy in the morning. After all, these waffles are healthy because they are full of nutrients from each vegetable.

The recipe is as follows


Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and stir 15 g of cane sugar into the whites to make a meringue.
Stir in the yolks as well, then add 100 g rice flour, 10 g vegetable powder, and 100 g milk, mix well, then combine with the meringue and stir gently.
All that is left is to bake it using a waffle baking machine. Baking time is about 4 to 5 minutes.
