Why is the content per bag 50g?

The bags for our vegetable powder are called Mylar bags. When the powder is put into the bag, oxygen absorbers are added and the bag is sealed, making it possible to store the powder for up to two years. The content is 50g for the following reasons.

  1. The maximum period of time that the flavor and color of the powder can be maintained after opening the package is about 5 days at room temperature, so we decided on 50g to allow for a daily usage amount of 10g.
  2.  If you store it in the refrigerator, even after opening, you can minimize the effects of temperature and humidity, and although the color will fade slightly, the flavor will remain unchanged, and it will still be delicious to eat for about a month. We have made it so that it takes up as little space as possible in the refrigerator. We recommend storing it at room temperature before opening and in the refrigerator after opening.

The attached photo shows the change in color of carrot powder stored in the refrigerator for one month after opening.

  3. We chose a size that could be carried in a bag when traveling or on business trips, taking portability into consideration.

While vegetable powder sold in North America generally comes in 1 pound (16 ounces), we believe that 50 grams is the maximum bag size for vegetable powder, which allows the flavor and color of the powder to be fully appreciated and appreciated. With this in mind, we are pleased to offer a 400g (14oz) product for overseas customers, consisting of eight 50g mylar bags.

We are offering free shipping for the first purchase. We hope you will take this opportunity to purchase and try our vegetable powder.
